Server

We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic contenders that love to get rowdy and have a great time! As a server, you will play a crucial role in serving food/drink as well as some laughs along the way.  Your primary responsibilities with include taking orders, serving food/drink, keeping your tables energized and engaged, and money handling.

 

Duties:

  • Opening/Closing the restaurant
  • Greeting your tables and taking orders
  • Maintain cleanliness in the dining area
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
  • Effectively taking guests' orders and ringing them in
  • Running food/drinks and clearing your tables.
  • Maintaining Dick's culture
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the food industry

 

Qualifications/essential skills:

  • Valid Indiana Liquor License
  • Ability to learn and memorize and describe our food and beverage menus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
  • A positive attitude and willingness to help others in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, such as lifting trays.
