What You’ll Do

  • Perform asphalt maintenance, including crack sealing and general repairs.
  • Scout for residential and commercial customers (you earn commissions for each job you bring in).
  • Communicate directly with Asphalt Managers to ensure quality and success.
  • Represent UT Crack Seal LLC with professionalism and pride.

About the Role

đź’Ľ Independent Contractor Position (1099):
You’re in control! This isn’t a 9-to-5; you make your schedule, find your customers, and earn based on the work you put in.

đź›  Pay Breakdown:

  • $22/hour for time spent at job sites.
  • $50 for each residential customer you secure.
  • $100 for each commercial customer you secure.

What You Bring to the Table

  • A self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit—you’re in charge of your success.
  • Strong communication skills and a knack for connecting with customers.
  • A reliable means of transportation.
  • Sales or customer service experience (helpful but not required—we’ll train the right person!).
