๐Ÿ’ธ Pay Structure:

  • $25/hour at job sites
  • $50 per residential job you secure
  • $100 per commercial job you secure
    (Last year, our Asphalt Manager earned $62K working February 15โ€“October 25!)

Your Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Supervise Asphalt Technicians, ensuring top-quality work and productivity.
  • Customer Relations: Handle quotes, pricing, follow-ups, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Outreach: Secure residential and commercial customers to boost earnings and drive company success.
  • Project Management: Oversee job scheduling, logistics, and timelines to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Problem-Solving: Quickly and effectively address challenges as they arise.

About the Role

๐Ÿ’ผ Independent Contractor Position (1099):
Work with flexibility and independence, with earnings directly tied to your efforts.

๐Ÿ›  Pay Breakdown:

  • $25/hour for time spent at job sites.
  • $50 for each residential customer you secure.
  • $100 for each commercial customer you secure.
    (Your earning potential is in your hands!)

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • Proven leadership experience, preferably in construction, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • A proactive and self-motivated personality.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Sales experience and knowledge of asphalt maintenance are a bonus but not required.
