📍 Location: Utah County, Utah
💸 Pay Structure:

  • $25/hour at job sites
  • $50 per residential job you secure
  • $100 per commercial job you secure
    (Last year, our Asphalt Project Manager earned $62K working February 15–October 25!)

UT Crack Seal LLC, the go-to asphalt maintenance company in Utah County, is searching for a dedicated and organized Asphalt Project Manager to lead project execution and ensure seamless coordination between teams and customers. Your Responsibilities

  • Team Coordination: Organize schedules and ensure Asphalt Technicians and Managers are at the right place at the right time.
  • Materials Management: Handle delivery and inventory of materials to job sites.
  • Trailer Driving: Safely transport materials and equipment using a trailer.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate days and times with Asphalt Managers to align with project needs and customer expectations.
  • Operational Leadership: Ensure all aspects of the job run smoothly, on time, and within budget.
  • Communication: Act as the primary link between Asphalt Managers and the General Manager, providing updates and resolving issues.

About the Role

💼 Independent Contractor Position (1099):
Take charge of your work with flexibility and independence.

🛠 Pay Breakdown:

  • $25/hour for time spent at job sites.
  • $50 for each residential customer you secure.
  • $100 for each commercial customer you secure.
    (Your earnings reflect your dedication and efficiency!)

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Experience in project management or a related role is a plus.
  • Ability to drive and safely operate a trailer.
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating teams and handling customer interactions.
  • Self-motivated and proactive personality.
  • Knowledge of asphalt maintenance or construction is helpful but not required.
