• $50 per residential job you secure
• $100 per commercial job you secure
  (Last year, our General Manager earned $112K working February 15–October 25!)

Your Responsibilities

• Team Oversight: Manage and mentor Asphalt Project Managers, Asphalt Managers, and Technicians to ensure success.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer needs are met with timely and professional service.
• Strategic Planning: Oversee scheduling, project coordination, and resource allocation.
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards for every project, ensuring exceptional results.
• Financial Management: Monitor budgets, pricing, and profitability to achieve company goals.
• Sales Leadership: Actively seek and secure residential and commercial customers.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve any operational or customer concerns promptly.

About the Role

💼 Independent Contractor Position (1099):
Enjoy the freedom and flexibility to manage your work independently.

🛠 Pay Breakdown:

• $25/hour for time spent at job sites.
• $50 for each residential customer you secure.
• $100 for each commercial customer you secure.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership experience, preferably in asphalt maintenance, construction, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively manage a team and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills for team management and customer interactions.
• Self-motivation and a proactive mindset to drive results.
• Familiarity with asphalt maintenance processes is a bonus.
