General Manager

We are seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead our team of enthusiastic professionals and deliver outstanding guest experiences while upholding the values of our beloved brand. With the support of engaged ownership and trusted vendors, your mission will be to elevate our renowned property to new heights.  

About the Role:
As General Manager, you will:  
- Lead and inspire a dynamic team to provide unparalleled guest service.  
- Implement modern and innovative hospitality practices while maintaining the appeal that keeps our loyal guests returning.  
- Navigate the unique staffing needs and challenges of a seasonal business.  
- Oversee marketing and property management during the off-season, ensuring year-round operational excellence.  
- Represent and promote the property in a vibrant, LGBTQ-friendly artist community that attracts 60,000 visitors daily.  

About the Property:
Located in a town celebrated for its stunning beaches, National Seashore, and thriving entertainment scene—including bars, restaurants, music, drag, comedy, and themed events—our property is the largest and most cherished destination in the area.
