Event Staff

We offer a variety of roles including assistant coordinators, event/facility managers, event captains, servers, bartenders, prep cooks, and dishwashers. Pay ranges from $16 to $30 per hour, based on your experience, performance, availability, communication, and tips.

Job Descriptions

SERVERS & BUSSERS- will give assistance to clients in the preparation and service of items on the menu. Duties includes:  setting up tables and chairs, silverware, and china. Services food and beverages. Clears tables throughout the dining experience using proper methods for removing dishes, glassware, and silverware. Cleans banquet and dining rooms during and after the dining experience. 

BARTENDERS- will give assistance to  clients in the preparation and service of drinks. Bartenders will also have to have basic bartending knowledge including; setting up the bar and glassware. Must have necessary supplies to complete the job, weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes or personal judgment.  Bartenders are required to provide their own bar kit ( Bar kit includes a shaker, bottle opener, a clean ice bucket, and an ice scoop).

CHEF ATTENDANT-will give assistance to the Chef in the preparation and service of items on the menu, and perform various kitchen duties including: washing dishes, general cleaning, and storing food and non-food items. You will also help in the preparation of various food items in given work situations including: salads, sauces, pantry items, soups, and the preparation of ingredients for entrees. Chef Attendants will assist in cleaning the banquet kitchen and dining rooms during and after the dining experience. 

DISHWASHER & BAR BACKS-  will give assistance to clients in the preparation and service duties includes: Sweeping, mopping and trash removal. Assisting the bartenders with set up, restocking and replenishing supplies throughout each event, and breakdown. Setting up events including tables, chairs, silver, and china. Cleans banquet and dining rooms during and after the dining experience. Breaking down events including tables, chairs, silver, and china.

EVENT FACILITY MANAGER-  Open and close the event facility. Duties include providing assistance to the clients and guests being the liaising with the clients to determine event requirements.  Facility managers manage all the venue grounds, property, equipment, and facilities. Ensuring that the venue and facilities are clean and organized. Reporting all maintenance, repairs and misuse of facility from client and or their guests. 

FOOD CAPTAIN- will give assistance to the client in the preparation and service of items on the menu. Keep a food timeline and perform various kitchen duties including: washing dishes, general cleaning, and storing food and non-food items. You will also help in the preparation of various food items in given work situations including: salads, sauces, pantry items, soups, and the preparation of ingredients for entrees. Food Captains will assist and direct wait staff in cleaning the banquet kitchen and dining rooms during and after the dining experience.
