Barista/ Cashier

Nathaniel Reid Bakery is a rapidly growing company looking to add onto our dynamic, award-winning team! We are dedicated to producing the finest quality pastries, bakeries, confections and sandwiches, and are searching for a friendly and passionate Barista/Cashier to join our team!

This is a tipped position! The pay listed reflects the hourly wage of $8.60/hr., but with the generous tips we receive from our customers, which automatically go into your paychecks averaging over $19/hr.

Shifts for this position will be scheduled between 7am – 5:30pm, Tuesday through Saturday. Typical shifts are 7:30am – 3:30pm, 7:55am – 4:00pm, and 9:30am – 5:30pm. 

Responsibilities:
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Operate a cash register
• Produce espresso and other beverages
• Maintaining a clean and organized retail space
• Maintaining supplies for service
• Packaging retail products
• Contributing to a positive team environment

Qualifications:
• Organization
• Sanitation
• Cleanliness
• Professionalism
• Teamwork and communication 
• Must be able to lift 60 lbs
• Recommended 1 year hospitality and cashier experience
