This job requires you greet people and enjoy making connections. You should also have a good knowledge base of vitamins and various supplements, in addition to learning about our in-store products and be able to sell. We make acai bowls, protein smoothies, we sell organic juices, cleanses, vitamins, supplements and other cold drinks. Promotions are a part of the job where you will flyer and introducing the company while speaking about and handing out various promotions.

We're looking for a few energetic, healthy salespeople who are fun, have positive attitudes, great customer service and sales skills. If you are trustworthy, reliable, punctual and live in the Chandler, Sun Lakes or Gilbert area, we would love to meet you! We offer a base of $14.50 per hour, plus tips and commissions. Commissions are based on supplement sales and paying customers you bring into the shop.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders.
• Operate the POS system efficiently to process transactions accurately.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including juices and coffee, while adhering to food safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the juice bar area.
• Manage inventory and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
• Promote sales by engaging with customers and suggesting menu items.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the customer experience
• Experience with POS systems, including Aloha and Micros
• Knowledge of food safety and handling practices
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle cash transactions
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales reporting
