Pastry Cook AM

Nathaniel Reid Bakery is a rapidly growing company looking to add onto our dynamic, award-winning team! We are dedicated to producing the finest quality pastries, bakeries, confections and sandwiches, and are searching for a friendly and passionate pastry cook to join our team!


The hours for this position are 4am – 12pm, Tuesday through Saturday.


Responsibilities:
• Glazing and decorating mousse cakes
• Producing glazes
• Making decorative elements for products such as confits, meringues, and more
• Unmolding mousse cakes
• Prep work for mousse cakes, macarons, tarts, and more
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
• Contributing to a positive team environment


Qualifications:
• Organization
• Sanitation
• Cleanliness
• Professionalism
• Teamwork and communication 
• Must be able to lift 60 lbs.
• Recommended 1 year of pastry experience
