Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated, hands-on, and creative individual to join our team as an Event Production Assistant. This role requires a dependable professional with exceptional customer service skills and the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working on a variety of tasks and takes pride in delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
   •    Assist with event setup, execution, and teardown, including handling rental props, flowers, and décor.
   •    Inflate and arrange balloons for event displays and installations.
   •    Perform basic painting and touch-up work on props or event materials as needed.
   •    Transport and set up event items, ensuring all elements are placed accurately and on time.
   •    Provide excellent customer service to clients during events, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
   •    Problem-solve on-site to address last-minute changes, repairs, or challenges during event setup.
   •    Safely lift, move, and carry items such as tables, props, and event equipment.
   •    Travel to various event locations as needed, sometimes on short notice.

Qualifications:
   •    Flexible schedule, with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
   •    Hands-on experience in event production, design, or related fields is a plus.
   •    Strong creative skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
   •    Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
   •    Physical ability to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
   •    Basic painting or crafting skills are a bonus.
   •    Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
   •    Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Physical Requirements:

Job Type: Part-time/Full-time (flexible schedule required).
Compensation: Based on experience. Starting at $18/hr.
