Accounting and Tax Preparer Assistant

We are a small CPA firm looking for a mature individual with a pleasant personality and a positive attitude to join our company. This position is a combination of  accounting, tax preparation and administrative duties (we will provide training).  

 The position is for the upcoming tax season (February through April 2025) with possibility  of being extended. 

The ideal candidate is someone who seriously wants to learn, is willing to work in a small office environment and able to work independently as well as with a group. 

Prefer someone PROFICIENT in ENGLISH reading and  writing skills WITH GOOD ANALYTICAL AND PROBLEM SOLVING skills; and is organized and detail oriented. Knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel extremely helpful .  

Pay range starts at $21.00 per hour and up depending on whether the individual experience.   A more accurate amount will be determined at the time of our meeting.

 Please note that a BONUS is given as a reward to employees to show appreciation for their hard work.
