Overview

Ready Set Grow Therapy is a mobile, therapist-owned private practice committed to delivering innovative, play-based occupational therapy services to children in the DFW area. We proudly serve communities including Grapevine, Euless, Southlake, Bedford, Hurst, Keller, North Richland Hills, and beyond!

Duties

  • Evaluate clients' physical, emotional, and social needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide high-quality occupational therapy interventions to improve clients' independence in daily activities, mobility, and functional skills in a variety of settings including homes, preschools, and community environments
  • Educate parents, caregivers and other family members on therapeutic techniques, adaptive equipment, and home exercise programs to support their child's growth
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and therapy sessions
  • Coordinate client visits ensuring organized and timely client care
  • Stay on top of current research and best practices in occupational therapy to enhance treatment effectiveness and client outcomes

Experience

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program is required.
  • Must be currently licensed to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Texas
  • Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation
  • At least 1 year experience in pediatrics is preferred
  • At least 1 year experience in home health setting is preferred
  • Knowledge of sensory processing and reflex integration is a plus
  • Compassionate and client-centered approach to care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
