Compensation:
This is a W-2 salaried position staring at $50,000 annually. Compensation will be increased as frequently as quarterly, contingent upon favorable reviews and productivity. There is no compensation cap.
Location:
This is a fully remote position with no requirement to be at the Agency office.
Job Description:
We are 401k sales consultants, handling in-bound leads from businesses of all sizes and industries across the U.S.
As a Financial Administrator, you would be one member on our national sales consulting team including specialists, brokers, staff, and administrators. Together, we market, solicit, and sell 401k plans to all sized business, concentrating on startups and medium sized. In that capacity, you would be screening profiles, researching through established systems, preparing cases, soliciting, presenting, and corresponding in a team effort to close plans with new representation.
We are responsible for ongoing customer relationship management, reviews, basic investment analyses, and conventional administrative duties including data collection and updates.
You would participate weekly in our routine operational development with fresh input. Upon starting the new position, you would begin studying for Series 6 or Series 7 for the LSA designation. All related education and professional designation course expenses are covered by the employer.

We provide design consulting, comparative analyses, product recommendations, investment education, enrollment services, and technical support to Trustees and individuals who serve in a Fiduciary capacity.
We are backed by product specialists and have a successful wealth management enterprise with over 100 years of combined experience in retirement plan investing for businesses and individuals. The Agency supports clientele with financial resource examination, estate analysis, retirement planning, college funding, business continuation, executive fringe benefits, and employee group benefit programs.
Qualifications:
Proficiency with MS Office Suite, knowledge of Adobe (read and write), efficiency in learning financial concepts and strategies, experience with business correspondence, excellence in neatness and organization, proficiency with contact management systems, advanced ability with Internet searches and web site navigation, and amiable personality to mesh well within a team atmosphere.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Respond to leads, solicit meetings
- Follow up regularly with open leads
- Prepare cases for presentation
- Support business retirement plan installation processes
- Enroll individual investors within group retirement plans
- Assist in portfolio design for business and individual investors
- Manage contacts

- Assemble enrollment materials electronically and coordinate meetings
- Provide operational input for progressive development of the practice
