What You’ll Be Doing

During your training, you’ll focus on:

• Learning Leadership: Completing our Manager Trainee Development Plan and attending Leadership Team meetings.
• Mastering Industry Fundamentals: Understanding the sign manufacturing and installation process across departments.
• Driving Excellence: Demonstrating project management skills and ensuring safety standards.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (process improvement certifications like Lean Six Sigma preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License with a safe driving record.
• Ability to travel and work indoors and outdoors, sometimes in challenging conditions.
• Ability to pass a background check, pre-employment, and random drug tests.
