Marketing & Event Operations Coordinator

Job Opportunity: Project Coordinator – Marketing & Event Operations

Willpower is seeking a dynamic Project Coordinator to take our events, operations, and special projects to the next level. Lines of Business:

What You'll Do:

1. Event Coordination:

  • Orchestrate all the moving parts of our events—from suppliers and vendors to designers and volunteers—ensuring every detail aligns for a seamless execution.

2. Marketing:

  • Lead the charge in promoting events through email campaigns and social media.
  • Manage a robust content calendar and design compelling, on-brand content that engages our audience before, during, and after events.

3. Operations:

  • Develop and implement systems and technologies to scale our event operations efficiently across the US (starting with Austin).
  • Optimize processes to ensure we’re operating like a well-oiled machine.

4. Project Management:

  • Oversee resources—from designers to interns, contractors, and partners—to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Serve as the ultimate taskmaster, ensuring every team member knows what needs to be done and when.

5. Special Projects:

  • Be the go-to for high-impact initiatives across our wellness, performance, and brand verticals.
  • Act as an extension of our leadership team—a stellar project manager who can lead and execute with precision.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in operations, event planning, or a similar role.
  • You thrive on structure, details, and getting things done efficiently.
  • Experience creating workflows and systems for scalable processes.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities while staying on track and within budget.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Notion, or similar platforms.
  • A genuine interest in health, wellness, and fostering community.
