Behavior & Cognitive Coach
Brain Balance of Allen & Dallas seeks a dynamic Behavior & Cognitive Coach to lead and drive each student through our program, many of our clients have an Autism diagnosis. This position requires a motivated and passionate individual who will guide and assist children through various activities that will stimulate the brain and create profound change for children's functional levels. This position looks a lot like personal training for children.
Brain Balance is the leading drug-free training program designed to help kids improve focus, behavior, social skills, anxiety, and academic performance. The program goes above and beyond the more traditional, mainstream approaches you may have tried before to help your child get to the root of their challenges. The Brain Balance Program helps address the following challenges, for all children:

Requirements, Skills, and Experience:
- Experience doing physical activities with school-aged children is a plus.
- Training in PT, OT, Sports Science, or Kinesiology is a plus.
- Exercise Physiology or related field is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES - The Behavior & Cognitive Coach is responsible to move 1-4 children through a specialized activity circuit in half-hour increments- The coach must keep data on every child in each activity- The coach must employ behavior management techniques, assess new and outgoing students, be computer/iPAD literate, and have an excellent customer service mindset. Must have the ability to design individual lesson plans and develop individual student goals.
HOURS & SCHEDULING - This is a part-time position, Monday through Friday mainly from 2 PM to 7 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 4 PM. Must have a flexible schedule/availability. Must have access to reliable transportation.
