CUHSD World Languages Teacher [French, Spanish] (2025-2026 Interest Pool)

This posting can be used for ALL Single Subject and Education Specialist credential areas.

  Compensation and Benefits

  • $80,432 - $131,581* annual starting salary (certificated salary schedule)
  • 183 day calendar
  • Master's and Doctoral supplements of $2,967.00*
  • Exceptional benefits packages to all employees serving at 50% time. Staff have the choice of many HMO/PPO medical plans including several that require no employee contribution for full family coverage. CUHSD contribution of up to $1,558.07 - $3,802.79 monthly ($17,138.77 - $41,830.69 annually) for full-time employees' medical, dental and vision. Contribution levels vary by full-time equivalent status.
  • We pay for the induction program fees for all teachers who need to clear their credential (not to include any credentialing fees).
  • We honor up to 13 years of verified certificated teaching experience outside the District toward salary placement.

* Please note that the salary schedule link above is for the 2024-2025 school year. There is an agreed upon 3% increase for the 2025-2026 school year, which is reflected in the range you see above.

As of January 1, 2025: In accordance with Education Code section 44939.5, you are required by law to provide a complete list of every school district, county office of education, charter school and/or state special school that you have previously been employed no matter the length of service.
