Job Summary
As a Project Manager at Vought Construction, you will oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of residential construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to grow their career while learning from a highly skilled team.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Oversight: Assist in managing high-end residential construction projects from pre-construction to completion.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with site supervisors, and subcontractors to support project goals.
- Budget Management: Help monitor project budgets and identify opportunities for cost control.
- Schedule Management: Support the development and tracking of project schedules.
- Client Relations: Communicate professionally with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns with the support of senior team members.
- Quality Control: Learn to ensure all work meets Vought Construction’s high standards for craftsmanship and detail.
- Compliance: Assist in maintaining adherence to safety, legal, and regulatory requirements.
- Problem-Solving: Identify potential issues and work with the team to implement solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, including budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or associates degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Internship or entry-level experience in construction project management (preferred). We will train you if you have no experience. We just need you to want to learn.
