We are looking for motivated Life Insurance Agents to join our team and make a meaningful impact in clients’ lives.As a Life Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for prospecting, consulting, and selling life insurance policies that align with clients’ needs and financial goals. Your role will involve educating clients on coverage options, providing personalized solutions, and ensuring a seamless application process.

 

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals

• Conduct needs-based assessments to recommend suitable life insurance products

• Educate clients on policy options, benefits, and financial protection strategies

• Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial consultation to policy issuance

• Maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing policy support

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings

• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

 

Qualifications:

• Licensed Life Insurance Agent (or willingness to obtain a license)

• Strong sales, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for helping others

• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule

• Experience in sales, financial services, or insurance is a plus
