Job Description:

 

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Financial Advisor to join our team. As a Financial Advisor, you will work closely with clients to develop personalized financial plans, provide investment guidance, and offer risk management solutions to help them achieve their financial goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and financial education

• Conduct in-depth financial assessments to understand clients’ short- and long-term goals

• Develop customized investment, retirement, insurance, and estate planning strategies

• Present and explain financial products, including life insurance, annuities, and wealth-building solutions

• Stay up-to-date on market trends, financial regulations, and investment opportunities

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and community engagement

• Meet and exceed sales and performance targets

 

Qualifications:

• Series 6, 7, 63, or 65 licenses preferred (or willingness to obtain)

• Life and Health Insurance License is a plus

• Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills

• Experience in financial planning, investment advising, or wealth management is preferred

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently

• Passion for helping clients achieve financial success
