Sales and Marketing Administrative Assistant

The ideal candidate will be experienced in a wide range of administrative and sales-related tasks and will work independently with little or no supervision. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible, and enjoy the challenges of a sales role with administrative tasks. The ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role.

The Sales and Marketing Assistant is responsible for:

  • Communicating with customers
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Collecting customer information
  • Entering data required for sales quotes, deliveries and invoices
  • Promptly responding to customer inquiries, among other project-based work
  • May also train and supervise lower-level clerical staff
  • The Sales and Marketing Assistant reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing.
