Responsibilities

·      Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.

·      Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

·      Assist in developing job descriptions and posting on relevant platforms.

·      Coordinate with managers to understand job requirements and preferences.

·      Provide timely and effective communication with candidates and hiring teams.

·      Collaborate closely with managers to gain a thorough understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each role, ensuring alignment with competitive hiring goals and expectations.

·      Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple open positions, assisting managers in finding, hiring, and retaining top-quality candidates.

Skills and qualifications

·      Proven experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or similar role.

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

·      Excellent sourcing and networking abilities.

·      Ability to quickly assess candidate qualifications.
