We specialize in serving the aging-in-place community by providing stairlifts and other home access equipment, enabling our customers to stay in the homes they love. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for handling qualified leads generated by the company. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for sales. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Take lead calls and emails from qualified leads generated by the company.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry in our CRM to track lead interest and follow-up activities.
  • Follow-up and Nurturing: Follow up on leads, nurture relationships, and manage your book of business.
  • Quoting and Scheduling: Create quotes, schedule appointments, and close deals.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecast to management on a regular basis.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, tele sales, or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
