Armand Bayou Montessori School is seeking individuals to join our outstanding staff of dedicated, caring professionals. Responsibilities: create a structured, engaging, and safe learning environment for elementary students

Develop & implement hands-on, student-centered lesson plans that promote emotional, social and intellectual growth. 

Collaborate with staff and parents to support students development

Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in education or related field 

Strong classroom management, communication, and assessment skills 

Preferred qualifications: AMS Montessori Certification (or willingness to obtain) 

Experience as a Montessori teacher or in a similar alternative learning environment
