Marketing Director | Business Partner

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Director / Business Partner to join our team and help drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. In this role, you will support the development and execution of marketing strategies tailored to our B2B lighting solutions. You will play a key role in content creation, digital marketing, market research, and sales support, ensuring our products reach the right audience through the right channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our lighting solutions to businesses.
• Assist in pricing, promoting, and distributing products effectively in the B2B market.
• Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
• Create engaging content for digital marketing efforts, including website updates, social media, and email campaigns.
• Support sales initiatives by developing marketing materials, presentations, and case studies.
• Utilize CRM and analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
