Technical Sales Partner
Industry: Custom-Built Doors & High-Speed Rollup Doors
Location: Remote (North America) – Travel Required
Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000 base salary + commission + profit sharing
About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and technically skilled sales professional to join our business. We design and manufacture specialty doors tailored to unique applications and proudly serve as the North American partner for a leading German high-speed door manufacturer.
This business offers significant growth potential. The right person will have the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the business while benefiting from a competitive salary, commission, and profit-sharing incentives. You will be instrumental in expanding our presence across North America, acting as both a sales driver and a technical expert.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development – Identify and develop relationships with industrial customers, distributors, and OEMs.
- Technical Consulting – Provide expertise on high-speed doors and custom-built solutions.
- Customer Engagement – Work closely with clients to understand their needs and recommend the right solutions.
- Market Expansion – Identify new opportunities in industries that require high-performance door systems.
- Project Management – Collaborate with manufacturers and internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Travel – Attend trade shows, visit clients, and conduct site assessments as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in technical sales (preferably in industrial equipment, construction materials, or automation).
- Strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.
- Mechanical/engineering background or experience as an overhead door technician is a plus.
- Willingness to travel across North America as needed.
