HVAC Inside Sales/Technical Support

Impact:

EDSI is looking for an HVAC Inside Sales/Technical Support person to provide  office sales /technical support for our customers, while also supporting onsite as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Inside sales:

• Support customer quote requests for equipment and parts

• Facilitate manufacturer quotes in manner that works within project timeline

• Create project specific worksheets identifying equipment with costs and markups associated

• Work closely with sales team as a supportive role

• Manage small projects

• Other day to day tasks required

• Technical support of HVAC products:

• Provide onsite technical support/ equipment startups for the various products we represent

• Provide email/phone support when applicable

• Technical knowledge and abilities to startup/troubleshoot equipment and systems

• Manage parts ordering/replacement to customer

Requirements:

• Engineering/Technical degree preferred

• Understanding of HVAC systems, electrical systems/diagrams

• Excellent communication, detail oriented and organizational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and Adobe

• Highly self-motivated with critical thinking skills

• Ability to manage time effectively and multitask

• Team Player

Work Location:

• Jobsites (1-2 days a week)

• Office (when not on jobsites)
