Compensation & Benefits:
$40,000 - $80,000+ per year (Base salary + commission & bonuses)

What You'll Do:
Build relationships with new and existing clients to understand their insurance needs
Provide personalized insurance solutions, including auto, home, life, and more
Generate and follow up on leads through networking, referrals, and outbound sales efforts
Educate clients on coverage options and help them make informed decisions
Work collaboratively with a high-energy team to meet and exceed sales targets
Maintain a strong knowledge of State Farm products and industry trends
What We're Looking For:
A motivated, results-driven mindset with a strong work ethic
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to connect with people, build trust, and close deals
Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty and Life, Accident & Health insurance license (if not already licensed)
Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required, we will train the right person!
