Part Time Insurance Claims Specialist

We are looking for another team member to do part time insurance claims submissions. This will start with vision claims and, potentially, move to medical claims. No experience needed. Good foundation for learning medical claims.

*  Preparing, Reviewing, scanning, and filing insurance claims.

*  Recording and maintaining insurance policies and claims information in EHR.

*  Processing Claims payments.

*  Preparing other clerical tasks as required.

*  Complying with federal, state and company regulations and policies.

*  Delivering exceptional customer service.

*  Answering phones (backup to primary).

*  Demonstrating proficiency in computer systems and data entry.

*  Working collaboratively with a team environment.

*  Experience in dealing with External customers, demonstrating professionalism and customer-oriented approach.

*  Proficient Keyboard Skills, ensuring fast and accurate data 

*  Strong Organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
