WHAT WE OFFER.

  • $40 – $45 per hour starting pay; negotiable.
  • Discretionary performance bonus based on your contributions.
  • Company vehicle and gas card provided.
  • SIMPLE IRA with 3% company match.
  • Paid time off.
  • Clothing & Tool Allowance: Earn a $1 per hour credit toward a clothing and tool account, up to $40 per week, to help you stay equipped with the gear you need.
  • Full-time, Monday–Friday position generally working from 8am–4pm. Flexibility required for emergency repair callouts which may include evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
  • Relocation assistance, if needed.

WHAT YOU WILL DO.

  • Lead and mentor – Guide apprentice electricians, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
  • Keep systems running smoothly – Perform Preventive Maintenance inspections to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Hands-on electrical work – Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in both commercial and residential settings.
  • Solve complex problems – Troubleshoot and repair high-voltage equipment, logic controllers, and low-voltage wiring.
  • Work on new builds & renovations – Use power tools to complete electrical projects for new construction and remodeling.
  • Communicate with clients – Build relationships and offer Preventive Maintenance solutions to meet their needs.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.

  • Licensed Journeyman/Journeywoman Electrician (or equivalent certification).
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and National Electrical Code (NEC) regulations.
  • Experience with high-voltage equipment and logic controllers is a plus.
  • Commitment to safety, precision, and teamwork.
  • A willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with industry advancements.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Willingness to be available for emergency call-outs if needed.
