This is a critical position that offers a sharp, energetic candidate a huge opportunity to contribute, learn and grow in a complex and dynamic analytical environment. The right candidate will take this challenge head-on and support a fleet of robots. Familiarity with mechanical, electrical and software engineering knowledge is required, this is a field engineering position.
Responsibilities
- Deploy and coordinate the operation of a fleet of robots across vast indoor and outdoor spaces
- Monitor the health and operation of your robot fleet
- Triage and execute mechanical and electrical repairs for your robot fleet
- Enjoy doing whatever is needed for your robot fleet to succeed
Location
Remote around Orlando/Florida
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher in EE, ME, CS or a related field with solid GPA
- 2+ years of any form of mechanical and electrical field engineering experience.
- 2+ years of experience troubleshooting and identifying the root cause of issues in complex SW/HW applications.
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Experience in UNIX/Linux operating system and tools
- Excellent physical condition to work outdoors in challenging climates
- Outstanding attention to detail. Derive pleasure from being exact and efficient.
- Driver's license
