Hello! We are a team of Real Estate Agents with a YouTube Channel. We put up video content weekly on various areas around DC Maryland and Virginia. We also film all our own b-roll. It's getting hard to do, and there's really only a certain time of year that it's good to film b-roll - basically on sunny days when the leaves are back on the trees, into summer. We have been filming this ourselves and it's too difficult to do with work schedules. This is where you come in!

There's no great skill needed here other than a) You MUST be local to the DC Metro Area, and 2) have the time and a vehicle to drive to various areas around metro DC to shoot video of various places - homes, points of interest like parks, shopping centers, restaurants. If you need a gimbal or shooting stick, we can provide that. We'll give you the areas we need and typically a 2-3 week heads up for when we need it. This is more like a gig opportunity than something steady. If you have free time, a car and can manage your phone to capture horizontal video, you should be good!
