Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Community Outreach Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing community outreach programs and strategies that promote Sizanid HR’s mission and strengthen our presence in the community. You will work closely with community leaders, organizations, and residents to build partnerships and drive positive change.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement community outreach plans and strategies.

Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, organizations, and stakeholders.

Plan and coordinate community events, workshops, and programs.

Represent Sizanid HR at community meetings, events, and forums.

Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach efforts with company goals.

Create and distribute outreach materials, including newsletters, flyers, and social media content.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of outreach programs and initiatives.

Collect and analyze data to identify community needs and opportunities.

Provide regular reports on outreach activities and outcomes.

Advocate for the needs and interests of the community within Sizanid HR.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in community outreach, public relations, or a similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and project management abilities.

Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse groups of people.

Passion for community engagement and social impact.

Knowledge of local community resources and organizations.

Proficiency in using social media and other communication tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, social work, or a related field.
