We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Event Marketing Promoter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and marketing our events to ensure maximum attendance and participation. You will engage with potential attendees through various marketing channels and build excitement around our events.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and market upcoming events through social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.

Engage with potential attendees to generate interest and excitement about the events.

Distribute promotional materials, including flyers, posters, and digital content.

Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, businesses, and influencers to increase event visibility.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional strategies.

Assist in organizing and coordinating event logistics and activities.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and promotional efforts.

Provide exceptional customer service to event attendees and address any inquiries or concerns.

Represent the company professionally at all times.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in event marketing, promotions, or a similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Outgoing, friendly, and approachable personality.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in using social media and other marketing tools.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
