Insurance Account Representative
Hey! I'm a local State Farm Insurance agent looking to hire an outgoing and customer-focused individual who enjoys working with the public. Someone that maybe some day aspires to run their own business! An intelligent person who can lead a team, multitask under pressure, and desires a high income potential! This position will assist in developing your business leadership skills, as well as sales and marketing experience. Responsibilities:
Develop new leads, quote prospects, and schedule appointments
Identify coverage gaps, and market appropriate products & services to customers
Establish relationships, and follow up with potential clients
Work with the agent to establish and meet call/sales goals
This position requires outbound calling; including cold calls to potential clients
Qualifications/Abilities:
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
Extremely self-motivated & able to work in a team environment
Maintain a positive & strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day
Must be very well organized, and able to multitask in high pressure situations
Ability to make presentations to potential clients. (In-person & on the phone)
Must be able to obtain appropriate state licenses
Must be able to handle high sales/appointment goals, and able meet those goals
Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft office programs (word, excel)
