Position Summary
- Junior Software Developer assists in developing applications, dashboards, and automation tools.
- This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, take on challenging tasks, and contribute to innovative projects in population health and healthcare analytics
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining software applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Debug and resolve minor software issues.
- Contribute to data visualization and dashboard development.
- Support API development and integrations.
- Participate in Agile workflows, code reviews, and team discussions.
Education Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software e4ngineering, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Experience
- 1-2 years’ experience in software development or relevant coursework.
- Entry-level experience or internship experience in software development would be considered for the right candidate.
- Hands-on experience with healthcare analytics is a plus.
Qualifications and Skills
- Basic proficiency in C#, Python, JavaScript, SQL, and web frameworks.
- Understanding of databases, APIs, and cloud technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.

Salary
- $35-$60 per hour depending on experience and project
