Preschool/ECE teacher
We are currently seeking a highly motivated, reliable, driven individual to provide a positive learning environment for our children. The idea candidate must be flexible and willing to work with a variety of age groups as the need presents itself. Our Teachers bring warmth, patience, and understanding to the classroom every day, encouraging children to flourish and grow. Our teachers are committed to making our center successful through creating great relationships with all children and families through efficient communication and progress of their child. This is a full-time position Monday through Friday with no nights or weekend hours.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for the overall supervision and daily class functions of a class of children.
- Diaper changing
- Ensures that appearance, cleanliness and safe environment of classroom are appropriately maintained.
- Completes all classroom paperwork; procare daily sheets, accident reports, attendance reports.
- Counsels children when social, academic, or adjustment problems arise.
- Prepares and implements classroom lesson plans, programs and schedules.
- Assists children with meal times and clean up.
- Ensures that all classroom and outdoor equipment are in good working condition and are used and maintained properly.
- Ensures that the classroom functions in an orderly manner.
- Communicates appropriate information to parents.
- Familiarity with basic operations of a tablet to document children's activities throughout the day.
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma required.
- CDA or collegiate degree preferred.
- Must pass drug and criminal background test.
