Sales Trainee

We are seeking an entry-level part-time Sales Trainee to learn and assist our Sales & Marketing.  This role is designed to transition into a full-time position for motivated candidates.

Requirements:  Proficiency in English, Basic PC skills (Windows, MS Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Internet.  Ability to multi-task and learn a broad range of functions, roles, and tasks.  Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).  Ability to implement problem-solving skills and critical analysis.  Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, social media, email marketing).  A positive attitude with customer satisfaction in mind to learn and grow in the Sales & Marketing field.

Key responsibilities:  Assist in responding and following customer inquiries/leads, provide product or service information to existing or potential customers, update the company's presentation materials, distribute/explain product details and offers, monitor competitor products & pricing, support the team in achieving sales targets and objectives.

Details:  Temp-To-Hire position w/ 3-month probationary period.  Hourly compensation TBD commensurate with qualifications, experience and skills.  Part-Time schedule is 15-20 hours per week (Monday-Friday) with Option 1:  3 days x 5 hours/day, Option 2:  5 days x 4 hours/day.  Start date mid-April 2025.
