Sales Representative for Farmers Markets
We're Hiring: A Female Sales Rep for Farmers Markets in San Diego

Dylan’s Pet Food is a fast-growing, eco-conscious dog food company based in San Diego, and we’re looking for a motivated female sales rep to join our team!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Attend local farmers markets and events across San Diego
- Set up and break down our eye-catching Dylan’s Pet Food booth (requires lifting up to 40 lbs)
- Draw in dog parents with a warm, positive attitude
- Offer free taste testings of our plant-based dog food
- Educate customers about our 100% plant-based, organic, vet-formulated meals
- Encourage them to buy a sample pack and eventually sign up for a subscription
Weekly Schedule:
You must be available to work the following set shifts:
- Tuesday: 1:30 PM – 7:30 PM
- Wednesday: 3:30 PM – 8:30 PM
- Saturday: 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Sunday: 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Starting Pay Structure:
- $15/hour base pay
- 30% commission on all sample pack sales
Future Commission Opportunity (based on performance):
If you’re successful in the role and want to grow with us, you’ll unlock additional earnings through our subscription program:
- 25% commission on a customer's first subscription purchase
- 10% commission on all recurring subscription purchases for up to 2 years

- Can lift 30–40 lbs and handle booth setup/takedown
