Customer Experience Facilitator - HH

Job description (This is an entry beginner job)

Heber Hatchets has "Lumber Jacks and Jills" that help facilitate each customer's experience. Duties include signing in each group, instructing each group on safety instructions and changing out target wood boards. Cowboy Quickshot is our newest company. As a "Sheriff" duties include signing in each group, instructing each group on safety instructions, showing them how to use our CO2 powered pistol revolvers and refill pans with in house made wax pellets. However, the most important is helping and making sure each group has a great experience no matter if they choose to either throw axes with us or shoot our CO2 pistols. No axe throwing/pistol revolver shooting skills are required to apply, we will teach you everything you need to know!

Applicants should be outgoing, able to talk to and handle large groups of people. Work environment is fun and fast-paced. Must be willing and able to take Friday and Saturday shifts on rotating basis.

Base pay is $12/hour (plus tips!)

Hours are:

Monday 5pm-9pm

Tuesday 5pm-9pm

Wednesday 5pm-9pm

Thursday 5pm-9pm

Friday 5pm-10pm

Saturday 1pm-11pm

Sunday-CLOSED

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
