The Arkansas School for Mathematics, Sciences, and the Arts (ASMSA), a campus of the University of Arkansas System, invites applications for full-time, live-in Residential Experience Coordinators (Student Life Coordinators). This position is perfect for individuals passionate about mentorship, student engagement, and leadership development.

Your Role as a Residential Experience Coordinator:
- Mentor and support approximately 35 high-achieving high school students (grades 10–12).
- Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive residential environment that fosters leadership, life skills, and personal growth.
- Develop and implement a Student Development Curriculum focused on life skills, leadership, and engagement.
- Coordinate campus programming, student center operations, and student activities in collaboration with student life staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required (master’s in student affairs, higher education, counseling, social work, or related field preferred).
- At least one year of experience in residence life, student affairs, or youth mentorship.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and passion for working with students.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident with a valid driver’s license.
