
Insurance Agency Business Analyst
This position requires you to wear multiple hats and jump from role to role efficiently. This position is primarily responsible for learning the business and helping improve efficiency across the agency. This position will also be expected to answer phones and navigating multiple computer systems at one time. The right candidate must have customer service skills that can effectively communicate with clients and other staff and insurance agents. The right candidate must have computer skills and the ability to effectively communicate.

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Schedule appointments for agents and gather client information.
- Process insurance policy applications, endorsements, and renewals
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance policies and regulations
Qualifications:
- Current Idaho Health Insurance License is highly desirable, but not required.
- Proven experience in health insurance or related field.
- Soft Skills to communicate with clients over the phone and in person.
- Good understanding of Medicare, individual and small group markets, and policies - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Proficient in using computer software for sales administration
