About the Role:

We're looking for a go-getting, detail oriented, and multi-tasking individual to act as the first point of contact for our office. This position will define customer service excellence as they welcome clients, answer questions, take payments, make appointments and service our clients to the best of their ability. In this role you will:

  • Build relationships with customers (via inbound/outbound calls) and assist them with their insurance experience.
  • Be detail minded to review and verify sensitive customer documentation (including appointment scheduling, payments, etc.) to ensure a smooth process.
  • Ask probing and empathetic questions to understand the customers' needs and priorities and provide next-step solutions as possible. But remember, we are a team, and we are here to help with those challenging questions.
  • Address customer concerns or account issues with professionalism and tact.
  • Manage work through task-driven queues while multitasking in a fast-paced environment to complete workflows.
  • Utilize and navigate between multiple internal and external software tools.
  • Handle in house marketing initiatives including Marquee signage and monthly marketing updates.
  • Other duties as assigned.

This is a full-time, in-office position with an assigned schedule. Hours per week could vary based on business need - our standard is a 37–40-hour work week. 

What we require:

  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • College Degree Preferred
  • 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
  • Proven exceptional “hometown” customer service and willing to be a team player
  • Aptitude and willingness to learn new things; apply that learning to perform successfully and grow your career
  • Demonstrate ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to critically think and audit your own work
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
