Women's Health Physical Therapist

Seattle Rehab Specialists is looking for a passionate and driven Women’s Health Physical Therapist to lead and develop a pelvic health program within our thriving clinic. Position Details: 

Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 (depending on qualifications)

What We’re Looking For: 

We are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial physical therapist who is passionate about women’s health and pelvic health rehabilitation. The ideal candidate is eager to create a highly regarded program, develop strong referral relationships, and make a lasting impact in the community. 

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement a comprehensive women’s health/pelvic health program 
• Evaluate and treat patients with conditions such as pelvic pain, incontinence, postpartum recovery, and other related issues 
• Build relationships with local physicians and community partners to grow the program 
• Provide evidence-based care with a focus on patient education and long-term wellness 
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

• A dedicated team committed to helping you grow and succeed in this role 
• Hands-on mentorship and support from the clinic owner, including:  
• Regular strategy meetings 
• Assistance in creating a marketing plan and strategy 
• Promotion to local physicians and strategic partners 
• A marketing coordinator to:  
  • Promote your services across all social media platforms 
  • Create marketing materials to support program growth 
• A collaborative environment with other experienced physical therapists who will support you through teamwork and shared expertise 

Qualifications: 

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Washington (or eligible) 
• Certification or specialization in Women’s Health/Pelvic Health Physical Therapy 
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills 
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to develop and grow a program
