Behavioral Health Professional (Licensed Counselor)

Full Time

Looking for a Licensed Counselor who has LPC, LISAC or LCSW to provide Screening evaluations, Intake assessment, clinical supervision and groups for Substance Use and Domestic Violence offenders.

Responsibilities 

Maintain and develop high quality evidenced based psychoeducational curriculum

Conduct individual and group sessions for clients with a variety of mental health concerns.

Facilitate psychoeducation group sessions focusing on positive alternatives, anger management, substance use treatment, DUI education, domestic violence, and court-mandated counseling.

Conduct screening assessments and intake orientations.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress.

Provide crisis intervention when needed.

Stay current with best practices and therapeutic techniques.

Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

Qualifications

Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent in the state of Arizona.

Experience in a clinical setting or related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

May involve evening or weekend hours depending on client needs and scheduling.

Experience in Counseling: Minimum 1 year
(Preferred)License: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or LCSW (Required)
