Clinical Supervisor

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide individual and group clinical supervision up to six Associate-level therapists (AMFTs, ACSWs, APCCs).
  • Oversee and support clinicians in their development of effective treatment plans and interventions.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards in all clinical services.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Director to enhance and implement training programs for staff development.
  • Maintain a caseload of 15 clients to stay engaged in direct clinical work.
  • Assist in quality assurance processes, including case reviews and clinical documentation audits.

What You’ll Need:

  • A current and unrestricted license as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist in California.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience supervising Associate-level clinicians.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with a passion for fostering growth and development in others.
  • Expertise in a variety of therapeutic modalities, with a commitment to evidence-based practices.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A collaborative and flexible mindset, with a dedication to maintaining a positive team culture.

Rate: $90,000 to $95,000 annually
