OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
We are looking for a Marketing Communications Director (“Director”) to lead Venture Forward’s marketing and communications efforts.
This is a leadership role within a small, mission-driven team, requiring both high-level strategic thinking and hands-on execution. The Director will be responsible for setting and implementing marketing and communications strategies that support Venture Forward’s mission, elevate its brand, and drive measurable impact.
The Director will be responsible for:
- Leading the development and execution of marketing and communications strategies.

WHAT SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE LOOKS LIKE
Success in this role means independently driving Venture Forward’s marketing and communications strategy from concept to execution, increasing visibility, engagement, and influence across the VC ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a proactive, strategically creative thinker with a bias for action and a commitment to high-quality, detail-driven execution. The Director will own everything from messaging development to multi-platform content delivery, translating complex ideas into compelling narratives that inspire, inform, and drive measurable impact.
