About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Accountant/Finance Associate to join our Finance team. This role is ideal for a smart, motivated professional eager to develop their accounting and finance skills in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment. Reporting directly to the CFO, this position offers hands-on experience in various accounting functions and the opportunity to work closely with the management team. With a strong career trajectory, this role is designed to evolve into a Financial Controller position.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly commission reports to support the payroll process.
• Ensure accuracy of commission data through reconciliations of QuickBooks and Salesforce to maintain accurate financial reporting.
• Support the Accounts Receivable process by generating and sending invoices to clients along with tracking and collecting outstanding payments.
• Support the Accounts Payable process by entering bills into QuickBooks and assisting in weekly check runs and vendor payments.
• Support the Month-End Close process by preparing expense and general ledger reconciliations and coordinating with relative stakeholder members of the management team
• Support the CFO with various financial reports and finance-related projects.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Excel is required.
  • Experience with QuickBooks and Salesforce is preferred.
• Personal Attributes:
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Quick learner with a strong work ethic.
