
Lead Infant Teachers
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a safe and nurturing environment where infant s age 6 weeks to 15 months can thrive academically, socially, Spiritually and emotionally. This role requires a strong understanding of child welfare and development, as well as the ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes physical, emotional, and social development.
- Create a positive classroom environment that encourages children to explore, learn, and express themselves.
- Monitor and assess student progress through standardized testing and other evaluation methods.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement strategies.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to support children's learning and development.
- Provide individualized support for students with special education needs or behavioral challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and any incidents that occur in the classroom.

Pay: $16.00- $18.00 per hour
